I've lived at 909 N Leavitt for about 2 years now. Buildings in Chicago are always going to have issues, but how Local by Laramar responds is what matters. My building engineer, Rolex, is so responsive and nice. If he can't fix something (which he usually can), he has someone else come out right away. Our fridge broke and they had a brand new fridge delivered the next day without issue. Mike (portfolio manager?) is so extremely helpful and nice as well.
